Purpose-built for modern travel, this mid-sized trunk reimagines the timeless shape of early travel cases with a refined, minimalist sensibility. A size down from our Hybrid Trunk Large, it offers 59L of volume – comparable to Monos’ Hybrid Check-In Medium – in a taller, deeper profile that’s ideal for longer trips or bulkier items.
Like all pieces in the Hybrid Collection, the Hybrid Trunk Medium features a zipperless aluminum frame, anodized corner guards, and a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate shell – available in core colours like Champagne, Obsidian, and Silver, as well as limited-edition shades. From the ultra-sturdy telescopic handle and dual TSA-Accepted locks to the whisper-quiet wheels, every detail is thoughtfully engineered.

A thoughtful combination
We chose to reinforce the most critical areas of the Hybrid Collection with aluminum, and use our aerospace-grade polycarbonate for the shell – all in a refined metallic finish. The result is the best of two worlds: the resilience and sophistication of an aluminum suitcase, combined with the light weight and durability of a polycarbonate case.
Zipperless aluminum frame
We dispensed with the traditional outer zippers and outfitted the Hybrid Collection with a high-grade aluminum frame at its core, securely riveted to the polycarbonate shell. Two latches with integrated TSA-Accepted locks provide an added layer of security, while giving you quick access to your suitcase contents without needing to pull a zipper around the entire case.
A superior handle
We focused on rethinking the critically important but often neglected telescopic handle, custom-designing every part from the ground up – from our rocksteady high-grade aluminum tubes to our sleek, ergonomic handle with the release button cleverly hidden underneath.
