Giveaway Conditions
Important: Please read these Official Giveaway Rules before entering this giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements below.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Monos Travel Ltd., 2288 Manitoba St., 2nd Floor, Vancouver, BC, CANADA V5Y 4B5 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the age of majority in their province, state, or territory of residence at the time of entry. Minors may not participate. Directors, officers, and employees of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, spouse) and household members are not eligible. Entries must be received by Sponsor in the manner described below.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway consists of recurring monthly entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last calendar day of the month, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Sponsor’s (or its designee’s) computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter
During an Entry Period, submit a new subscription to Monos marketing communications (e.g., email and/or SMS) via Sponsor’s onsite forms. Only new subscribers (i.e., individuals who were not already subscribed to Sponsor’s marketing list(s) immediately prior to the Entry Period) are eligible to enter for that month.
- Limit: one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of the number of channels subscribed.
- Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
6. Selection and Notification of Winners
One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Sponsor within seven (7) days after the end of each Entry Period. Selected entrants will be notified at the email address (or, if applicable, phone number) they provided at subscription. If a selected entrant does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours after notification, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to complete required steps, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
7. Prize
For each Entry Period, the winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
- One (1) Aluminum Carry-On Plus
- One (1) Aluminum Trunk Large
Prize Restrictions: Model and color options are subject to availability at the time of fulfillment. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state/provincial, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Shipping is available only to eligible regions listed in Section 2.
8. Privacy
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Where permitted by law, entering may also constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your eligibility for future Entry Periods (if otherwise eligible).
9. General Conditions and Disclaimer
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, ineligible, or incomplete entries; technical malfunctions; human error; or any other issues beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
10. Disputes and Arbitration
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, or as otherwise required by applicable law. All claims shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
11. Amendments and Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Giveaway Rules or to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway (in whole or in part) if, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
